What You'll Do
As a Platform Engineer within BCG’s CT GenAI Portfolio, you will design, build, and operate scalable platforms that enable GenAI-powered capabilities across the firm.



You will work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure GenAI solutions are reliable, secure, and production-ready.
While your foundation is platform engineering, your focus will extend beyond traditional IT platforms to include AI-enabled services, integrations, and workflows that support marketing use cases such as content generation, personalization, campaign intelligence, and insights.
You will:
Build and operate core platforms and integrations that support GenAI-enabled marketing products and services
Engineer and maintain scalable, secure, and performant environments for GenAI applications
Partner with Product Owners senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust platform capabilities
Enable seamless integration between GenAI tools, SaaS platforms, data sources, and internal systems
Support platform components used by LLM-based applications, including
