Your role
Bring your specialist knowledge and experience to a company managing 50% of the
world’s MIPS and play a critical role in our modernization mission. You’ll be in
good company among our global community of experts leading the future of
mainframe modernization. Experts who share knowledge openly and collaborate
freely.
In this role, you’ll design, build and maintain the high-volume business logic
that runs on the mainframe. At the same time you’ll play a key role in
refactoring legacy code to enable contemporary cloud and mobile applications to
seamlessly interact with the mainframe’s core data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provision and manage cloud infrastructure resources across Azure, AWS, and/or
GCP using approved Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and reusable
Terraform modules.
* Fulfill infrastructure requests from application and platform teams by
deploying cloud resources in accordance with established standards, security
policies, and governance controls.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Terraform code, modules, and
deployment pipelines.
* Develop and enhance Terraform modules and IaC assets when new cloud
capabilities or infrastructure patterns are required.
* Collaborate with cloud architects, platform engineers, security teams, and
application teams to ensure infrastructure solutions meet business and
technical requirements.
