Role Summary/Purpose:

We are seeking a Functional Application Support Analyst to provide functional
and technical support for the Eclipse ERP platform, with a primary focus on
accounting and finance modules. The role will act as a bridge between Finance,
Accounting, and IT teams, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous
improvement of ERP applications supporting Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts
Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Reporting processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong ERP application support experience,
accounting process knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to analyze
business requirements and deliver effective system solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

* Provide support for Eclipse ERP finance and accounting modules.
* Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to AP, AR,
GL, and financial reporting.
* Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and
reliability.
* Analyze and resolve customer reported incidents within defined SLAs.




* Support finance users on day-to-day ERP transactions and accounting
processes.
* Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
* Troubleshoot posting, reconciliation, interface, and reporting issues.
* Validate financial data integrity across ERP modules and integrated systems.
* Support master data management, chart of accounts, and financial
configurations.
* Analyze system logs, interfaces, batch jobs, and data transfer processes.
* Support data imports, exports, and reconciliation activities.
* Assist with system upgrades, patches, and release deployments.
* Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
* Develop and maintain operational and financial reports.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
