About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for an accomplished and result-oriented sales leader to lead and expand our business across *Karnataka and Tamil Nadu*. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening channel partnerships, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales organization.

The Regional Manager (Sales) will function as the *Zonal Head* for both states and will be accountable for the complete sales performance, dealer network, distributor management, team leadership, and business development within the assigned geography.

This position requires a highly experienced professional with an in-depth understanding of the plywood industry, dealer ecosystem, pricing strategies,



and the market dynamics of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Requirements

Business Growth & Revenue Management

* Own and deliver the annual and quarterly sales targets for Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
* Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining healthy profitability.
* Identify recent business opportunities, emerging markets, and growth segments.
* Prepare annual business plans, territory-wise sales forecasts, and revenue projections.

Channel Development

* Develop, expand, and strengthen the dealer, distributor, and retailer network across the region.
* Appoint and onboard new channel partners in potential markets.
* Build long-term relationships with key distributors, dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and institutional buyers.
* Ensure high channel satisfaction and long-term business retention.
