This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with credit guidelines, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all loan files. Key Responsibilities1. Credit Review & Documentation Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit and program guidelines. Collect, validate, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, ownership records, and insurance papers. Identify and reconcile inconsistencies across documents (e.g., ownership details, revenue figures, entity names, and addresses), escalating discrepancies when required. Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and closing using standardized checklists and quality control measures.2.



Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loan processing and origination specialists. Set explicit performance expectations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality output.
