At Mott we are looking for a Principal Digital Engineer.

Responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional group managers,



and global engineering leads to ensure consistency and excellence in application development and governance.
- Mentor and foster the growth of a forward-thinking team dedicated to developing next-generation digital applications.
- Oversee the planning, design, development, execution, and maintenance of software applications that seamlessly scale across our organization and client base.
- Operate at all levels, providing strategic insights while delving into the intricate details of application development as required.
- A commitment to high quality applications and be able to pay attention to detail.
- Lead the estimation process, evaluate risks, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and adherence to companywide software development best practices.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or software engineering, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, including experience in technical leadership and people management.
