About The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our SaaS business across Sales, Marketing, and select Tech functions.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role partnering with executives and senior hiring leaders to build talent strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and elevate the hiring experience.

you’ll bring robust SaaS market insights, anticipate hiring needs, and own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle hiring the talent that fuels our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end hiring for GTM and Tech roles across India, from intake and sourcing through offer closure.
Partner with executives, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand business priorities and build effective hiring strategies.
Act as a trusted TA advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and hiring risks.
Build strong pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, job portals, and recruitment partners.
Manage senior, niche, and business-critical hiring with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Drive and contribute to ATS implementation, recruitment automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
