- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of expertise in managing clients and social media platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and business goals
- Manage and build relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies
- Create and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Analyze digital marketing data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices,



and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to maximize ROI
- Monitor and manage website performance, including SEO, SEM, and user experience, to drive traffic and conversions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, including client management and social media management
- Robust knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics
- Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and familiarity with social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal comm
