Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area for a SARFAESI Operations Executive. The role involves managing end-to-end SARFAESI-related operational activities, including documentation, monitoring timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The SARFAESI Operations Executive will track accounts under the SARFAESI Act, prepare and review notices, maintain accurate records,



and support execution of recovery processes as per legal and organizational guidelines. The role includes updating systems, generating operational reports, resolving queries, and escalating issues when necessary. The individual will collaborate closely with legal, collections, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely outcomes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle SARFAESI processes, documentation, and workflow coordination effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review account data, assess recovery status, and identify operational or compliance gaps.
Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and customers in a professional manner.
Relevant knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, banking or NBFC operations, and regulatory procedures is highly beneficial.
