Accelya is seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to craft end-to-end architecture for complex systems across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architecture solutions .
- Design end-to-end technical architectures across systems, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Define solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration strategies , and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security , etc.).
- Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment to the architecture and timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.




- Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis , and impact assessments for proposed changes or new initiatives.
- Ensure architecture compliance with regulatory and security standards .
- Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to optimize deployment architecture, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud/on-prem environments.
- Mentor developers and junior architects to build architectural thinking within the team.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends ; assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing solutions for enterprise-scale applications .

Technical Skills:
- Robust expertise in architectural patterns, cloud-native designs, APIs , and microservices .
