Key deliverables:
- Maintain and support enterprise-wide networks, firewalls, and connectivity solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using tools like SolarWinds and Visio
- Implement and manage network security policies across firewalls and routers
- Collaborate with ISPs and internal teams to ensure high availability and performance
Role responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational support for internal and customer-facing networks
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, Firepower, and ASA
- Troubleshoot routing protocols and implement Layer 2/3 network enhancements
- Ensure secure and scalable network design in hybrid cloud environments (preferably GCP)
