- Manage warranty claims and meter servicing with customers
- Troubleshoot meter issues and NIC card problems onsite
- Track and manage inventory of supplied and installed meters
- Coordinate with customer commercial teams for bill clearance
Role responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for meter diagnostics and repairs
- Assist with firmware flashing and uploading for NIC cards
- Maintain accurate records of meter installation and returns
- Ensure smooth coordination between service and commercial functions
