Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud applications based on business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of Oracle Field Service Cloud.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the Oracle Field Service Cloud tools.




- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Oracle Field Service Cloud and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of field service management processes.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with data migration and integration with other enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
