We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team in New Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle database management and will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and integrity of our database systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Perform regular database backups and recovery processes.
- Monitor database performance and tune SQL queries for optimal efficiency.
- Implement security measures to safeguard database information.
- Collaborate with application developers to design and optimize database schemas.
- Provide support for database-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Document database configurations, processes, and procedures.





Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and features.
- Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and other high availability solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies in Oracle.
- Understanding of database security best practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
