Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer a PostgreSQL database and ensure smooth data operation
- Manage and create data sets available through BI tools such as Chartio , Power BI , or others
- Automate and refresh reports and dashboards in a BI tool through queries
- Help improve data quality and data availability by analyzing existing data and datasets
- Provide systems best practices recommendations to enhance the efficiency and overall data quality of our systems

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 2–5 years of professional experience in SQL querying and proven ability to work with large and complex data sets
- 2–5 years of skilled experience working with a BI tool (Power BI,



Tableau, Chartio, Domo, Salesforce Einstein, etc.)
- Interest in sales data analytics and data quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , including the ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Robust business acumen
- Ability to effectively partner with colleagues of all levels

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working with Salesforce.com data
- Previous experience in the education or information technology industry
