Key Responsibilities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships in order to understand business challenges and collaboratively define and document exact business requirements for specific projects.
- Provide leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of the business.
- Design, develop, model, and create data structures to integrate, prepare, and generate reports.
- Develop and build dashboards and visualizations in Sisense or similar BI tools.
- Work with the Business to ensure they can utilize the output of your projects to enable data driven decisions.
- Breakdown requirements, simplify architectures, and collaborate with other business teams to deliver intelligent data solutions in line with defined objectives and results.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
- Identify performance, visualization and reporting challenges, and suggest code and architectures improvements.




- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to the business.
- Produce and track key performance indicators.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a data/analytics role.
- Good knowledge of SQL is a must, particularly TSQL.
- Good command of BI tools such as Sisense.
- Data Warehouse experience.
- Data Modelling experience advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of ETL tools including SSIS and FiveTran.
- Experience with programming languages (Python, R, JavaScript).
- Very good command of Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities involving identifying the root cause of problems, assessing risks/impacts and determining and implementing effective solutions.
- Robust presentation skills and an ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, simple way, both written and verbally.
