Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide basic healthcare services to women and children, including antenatal, postnatal, and immunization care.
- Monitor and maintain health records of beneficiaries, including maternal and child health data.
- Educate beneficiaries on health, nutrition, hygiene, and family planning practices.
- Conduct follow-up visits or calls to ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and schedules.
- Assist in organizing and implementing health programs and government schemes at the community level.
- Collaborate with health workers, community volunteers, and local healthcare facilities to deliver care efficiently.
- Report and escalate critical health cases to senior medical staff or authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational qualification: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certificate or nursing degree/diploma.
- Knowledge of maternal and child health practices, vaccination schedules, and basic healthcare procedures.
- Positive communication skills and empathy for community health support.
- Ability to maintain accurate health records and perform follow-ups systematically.
