We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Trainer to design and deliver training programs for aspiring full-stack developers. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and Database technologies , along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Technical Skills Required:
- Databases: MySQL / Oracle, SQL CLI tools, MySQL Workbench.
- Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot (Spring Core, Spring REST API, JPA).
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Angular 13+ (or ReactJS 18+).
- Development Tools: Eclipse, Spring STS, Visual Studio Code, Postman, IntelliJ IDEA /WebStorm.
- Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab.

Qualifications Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript based Full Stack Development.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.




- Ability to explain complex concepts in a explicit and structured manner.

Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Certified Java Developer (OCJD)
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate (optional)
- Angular/React-related certifications (preferred)
- Design and deliver hands-on training sessions covering Full Stack Development .
- Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments based on the given syllabus.
- Provide real-world project scenarios to enhance practical learning.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Guide learners on Design patterns, best coding practices, debugging, and problem-solving .
- Track learner progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Java and JavaScript based Backend and Frontend technologies .
