- Own the entire lifecycle of a cohort of learners , from enrolment to program completion, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for participants, addressing queries and providing support across all program offerings in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
- Drive Program Office responsibilities , including scheduling and delivering program activities such as online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, and presentations, engaging with internal and external stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, and industry professionals.
- Monitor, diagnose, and implement interventions to improve participant performance and engagement throughout the program journey.
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness by identifying, developing, and implementing processes for effective and effective program management.
