Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts.
- Build solid relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide appropriate financial solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, address concerns, and provide updates on products/services.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues or complaints.

- Business Development:
- Proactively engage with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned client accounts.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client activity, portfolio performance, and market trends.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships or revenue streams.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the BSFI sector.
- Share market insights and knowledge with clients to enhance their decision-making processes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Reporting:
- Prepare SLA discrepancy reports, billing data and forecasts for the assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records and customer related information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in relationship management or sales within the BSFI industry.
