Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director – Sales to lead and scale our business
across GCC, GIC, and Captive units globally. This role demands a strategic
leader with a strong hunting mindset who can drive large-scale revenue growth
and establish executive relationships with key global stakeholders. The ideal
candidate will bring a proven track record in enterprise deal closures,
multi-million-dollar engagements, and go-to-market strategy execution within the
GCC/GIC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities





* Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for GCC/GIC/Captive
segments.

* Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and overall business growth across
regions.

* Drive large-scale new logo acquisition and enterprise deal closures.

* Build and maintain relationships with CxO-level stakeholders across global
captive organizations.

* Lead complex deal cycles including solutioning, pricing, negotiations, and
contract closure.

* Partner with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver
integrated solutions.

* Bring deep insights into GCC/GIC trends and represent the organization in
industry forums.

Required Skills & Experience

* 15+ years in enterprise/IT sales with leadership experience.

* Proven success in closing large, complex deals (multi-million USD).

* Robust understanding of GCC/GIC/Captive ecosystems.

* Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management ski
