Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Procurement to manage procurement of raw materials, tooling, and subcontract services for fastener manufacturing operations. The role involves vendor development, strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted supply to production.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Procurement of raw materials such as steel wire rods, alloy steels, and stainless steel.
- Procurement of tooling including heading dies, thread rolling dies, punches, gauges, fixtures, and carbide tools.
- Vendor development, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
- Managing subcontract processes such as heat treatment, plating, phosphating, and coating.
- Driving cost reduction,



alternate sourcing, and procurement optimization initiatives.
- Coordinating with Production, Quality, Engineering, Tool Room, and Finance teams.
- Managing procurement activities through SAP MM and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
