Role Summary:
As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in carrying out service, trouble shooting, repairs,
- commissioning of equipment in oil & gas sectors, refineries,



power plants, watermarkets is required. Extensive traveling throughout the year is essential.
- Candidates should be energetic, proactive and highly customer centric. Proficiencyover different languages will be added advantage. Should be willing to travelextensively on short notice. Should be self-driven, hands-on in the field, lead the team from front.
- Carry out installation, commissioning activities of pumps at customer places and onsite repairs.
- Perform in-house and on-site repairs & service activities.
- Ensure customer expectations are met as per engineering standards.
- Provide technical help and training to Technicians and Fitters.
- Perform hands-on work to ensure pump repair jobs are as per requirement.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers effectively.
- Extensively travel for domestic jobs and overseas field service work on a continuous basis as required.
