To be successful as an “Incremental CRM - Salesforce Developer”, you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications
- Hands‑on enterprise development experience, with Java / backend engineering as the primary skill and Salesforce as a supporting platform.
- Strong Core Java (8+) expertise, including Spring / Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, performance tuning, and backend integrations.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale,



distributed Java systems in complex enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL) with experience integrating Salesforce with Java-based backend services.
- AVP‑level technical leadership capability—able to drive architecture, review code/designs, mentor engineers, and engage senior stakeholders.

Desirable Skillsets/ Good To Have
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple business and IT environments globally.
- Prior experience working in investment banking or financial services (nice to have).
- Proactive team player with well-developed interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
