Job Description

Role: US Mortgage Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end processing support for Residential US mortgage loans. You will work closely with brokers, lenders, and third-party vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate loan fi le processing through all stages of the mortgage lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Review and verify mortgage loan applications (1003 / URLA)



and supporting financial documents (W-2s, tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, asset documentation).
- Analyze Title Reports, Appraisals, Flood Certifications, Tax Transcripts (4506-C), VOE (Verification of Employment), and Verification of Mortgage or Verification of Rent.
- Reconcile borrower income, assets, credit histories, and liabilities according to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
- Explicit underwriting conditions and assist in resolving complex document discrepancies or red flags.
- Ensure strict adherence to US mortgage regulatory compliance standards (TRID, RESPA, TILA, CFPB, QM/ATR rules).
- Coordinate with settlement agents, title companies, and attorneys to gather closing documents.
- Assist in post-closing reviews, trailing document management, and investor delivery readiness.
