We are looking for highly motivated Project Associates to support large-scale industrial data collection programs. This is a field-intensive role involving in office execution across manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, and industrial facilities.
The Project Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day collection operations, maintaining recording quality, handling equipment, and acting as the primary point of contact at assigned collection sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-site data collection activities across assigned industrial facilities.
- Set up, configure, and maintain head-mounted camera systems and recording equipment.
- Train participants on recording procedures, equipment usage, and project guidelines.
- Monitor live recording sessions to ensure compliance with recording protocols and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks, battery management,
SD card management, and device troubleshooting.
- Ensure secure handling, storage, and transportation of recording devices and accessories.
- Verify recording quality before participants leave the site and identify issues requiring re-recording.
- Maintain daily collection logs, participant records, equipment inventory, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with facility representatives to ensure smooth execution with minimal operational disruption.
- Upload or hand over recorded data following established data security protocols.
- Escalate operational issues, equipment failures, or site-related challenges to the Project Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, consent procedures, and client confidentiality requirements.
