Job Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will support the
Operations Excellence (OE)
team within the
Industrial Solutions (ISOL)
department,



driving continuous improvement, KPI management, escalation handling, project oversight, vendor and stakeholder management, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating across multiple functions to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process excellence.

Need an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, experienced and motivated team-player with strong IT background, work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of the Global OE Team. Experience of an ERP system like SAP will be a strong advantage. This role uses business knowledge, IT background, ERP concepts and good communication skills.
