Job Summary
The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing inspection, supplier quality development, and quality issue resolution for bought-out components and systems including seal systems, mechanical seals, lube oil systems, gearboxes, turbines, engines, motors, and related mechanical instruments. The role requires strong knowledge of welding, ASME codes, international standards,



and product certification requirements such as PED and ATEX. The candidate should work closely with global suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle inspection and quality management of bought-out suppliers supplying seal systems, mechanical seals, lube oil systems, gearboxes, turbines, engines, motors, and mechanical instruments.
- Review supplier manufacturing processes and develop supplier capabilities to ensure consistent, repeatable quality.
- Establish and support step-by-step SOPs, risk analysis, and mitigation plans for supplier processes.
- Analyze quality issues observed at supplier end during manufacturing and support resolution, corrective action, and process improvement.
