We are seeking an exceptional Senior Principal, Software Engineer, to provide technical leadership for the evolution of the ShareFile platform. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on engineering excellence with strategic technical leadership, championing modern software development practices, AI-enabled SDLC, platform modernization, and engineering productivity improvements. You will influence technical direction across multiple teams, mentor senior engineers, and play a key role in shaping the future architecture of ShareFile.
In this role, you will work on:
Lead Design and development:




Own and drive the architecture roadmap for critical ShareFile services.
Design and build highly scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable cloud-native and hybrid solutions using C# and .Net Core and other modern tech stacks.
Lead architecture reviews and make critical technology decisions across products and platforms.
Define engineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
Ensure that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest quality standards.
Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, product management, and senior stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
AI-Driven Engineering Excellence
Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development across the SDLC.
