Forecasting & Analytical Responsibilities
Actively gather and analyze data required to enhance forecasting methodologies.
Ensure ATMs/cashpoints are optimally serviced—minimizing cash-outs while maximizing cash utilization.
Analyze existing cash optimization processes and recommend improvements.
Consolidate multiple data sources to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and root causes.
Analyze large ATM transaction datasets to evaluate performance indicators and service gaps.
Monitor ATM uptime metrics and highlight factors affecting availability and transaction volumes.
Perform root-cause analysis for transaction failures or dips in performance.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Prepare impact analysis reports, performance dashboards, and analytical summaries for internal teams.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and service improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with business requirements.
Team & Operational Responsibilities
Contribute to performance management, training, talent evaluation, and team development.
Support operations during weekends and public holidays, as/if needed.
Participate in rotational shifts aligned with different country time zones.
