- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our partner programs, ensuring the achievement of partnership requirements, and competency/specialization requirements.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage partner programs in alignment with company strategy.
- Ensure partners meet or exceed partnership and competency requirements.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and align on key performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing program training and support to partners.
- Identify and recruit new partners to expand our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of experience in partner program management or a related field.




- Proven track record of achieving partnership requirements and competency/specialization requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Self-motivated with a solid sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Familiarity with our product suite and the competitive landscape.
