Roles & Responsibilities : The ideal candidate will have an MHRM/MHRD/MLW/MSW/IRPM qualification and 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, as well as extensive knowledge of contract labor management and compliance, industrial law, compliance management, grievance handling, people management, minimum wages/bonus act/PF/EDLI/WC/P, tax and related labor laws compliance management, including the current wage code. The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PPTX, and industry-specific ERP software. He should be able to communicate with groups inside the labor department, outside unions, and other statutory authorities as necessary. It is vital to have exceptional written English communication skills. Social compliance Knowledge like SA8K and training-related skills will be useful.
