Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Compliance Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, Indian GAAP, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements
- MandatorySelection Criteria:
- M.Com/MBA Finance Preferably
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as No. 1 or No. 2) in a listed company.
- Extensive experience in consolidation, finalization, audit, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting at both corporate and operational levels.
