Role & responsibilities
- We are looking for candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills Candidate must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to learn current things and work
- First level responses to the online (email, webmaster, web chat) inquiries for exports and diligence process.
- Follow up with Zen Internal Team for any information/inputs or task related to exports.
- Follow up and reminders for the customers and proposals.
- Documentation Support.
- Weekly/Monthly report generations.
- Coordination for arrangements during delegation visits.
- Plan, Arrange and Execute the Exibhitions
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills, good in English
- Good skills on MS Word and MS Excel
- Minimum experience on client communications
- Knowledge on exports/international sales and marketing is an added advantage
