Job description
- Work closely with designers and engineers to turn product ideas into specific plans for manufacturing.
- Develop transparent, concise, and easy-to-understand work instructions for the production team.
- Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps that are suitable for unskilled workers.
- Procure high-quality materials and components that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
- Oversee the production process on-site, providing real-time guidance and support to the team.
- Identify and troubleshoot any production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimizing waste.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all production activities and quality control measures.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.




- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address any quality issues.
- Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and techniques, seeking opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.

Desire candidate profile:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in product engineering, preferably with exposure to working with production teams.
- Proficiency in CAD software and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and easy-to-understand work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
