Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage offshore projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams for structural engineering, piping engineering, electrical engineering, and project coordination.
- Develop detailed designs for FPSO topsides modules using E3D software.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in oil & gas industry with expertise in upstream projects (offshore platforms).
- Robust understanding of project engineering management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & control.
