What will you do
- 3+ Years Experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting
- Ability to manage a large number of inbound Rubrik nonstandard quotes and terms requests
- Establish trusting relationships with team members, and cross-functional teams with the ability to influence policy, process and tooling automation requirements.
- Ability to work to understand the interests behind positions and get past objections to workable solutions.
- Ensure forward deal momentum and troubleshoot and resolve issues with deal velocity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust process thinking to drive continuous improvements to the Deal Desk
- Sharp analytical thinking to quickly evaluate a variety of commercial outcomes and qualify the best outcome for Rubrik & Customer
What should you have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or similar fields required, Master's degree a plus, or relevant experience.
- S trong background in Salesforce.com, Excel, and CPQ
- Working knowledge of contracts and accounting.
- Experience driving change management, navigating through process & organizational including coaching sales/stakeholders through key GTM/process changes
- A good sense of humor
