Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead a team of 2-3 Data Operations Analysts to ensure effective data management and maintenance in Rubrik's CRM.
- Guide and mentor team members, providing support and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Data Maintenance And Quality
- Oversee the data entry processes to ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM
