- Lead the team of Data Steward Analysts and Business Analysts located in the offshore location, including day-to-day staff management
- Act as point of contact for the offshore data analyst team and liaise regularly with onshore management, and communicate any key updates from the offshore location
- Produce periodic reports on offshore team activity to management
- Help with recruiting for open positions in the offshore location, onboarding and training of new hires

Data Stewardship & Analysis Responsibilities
- Work with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand and scope data management deliverables and translate those into user stories for data management team.
- Independently lead multiple projects through the lifecycle of engagement, execution and closing
