The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role:
The Enterprise Client Operations (ECO) organization is comprised of onboarding-related and client support (help desk) capabilities for DTCC and its subsidiaries. This Client Operations Data Director role sits within the ECO organization and will be supporting ECO leadership with their teams located in Chennai, as well as partnering closely with the Enterprise Data Team to execute against the DTCC s client / entity data strategy.
