Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Log, track, and manage all support tickets through to resolution, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Assist users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and service requests.




- Contribute to a positive user experience through excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / BE / B.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
- Language Skills: Mandatory excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Availability: Ability to work 6 days a week, with rotational shifts within the 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM window (9.5-hour shift).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-service mindset.
