Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in real estate, preferably in plot sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, managing channel partners and achieving revenue targets. The role requires solid market knowledge, excellent negotiation,
relationship management skills and a demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into successful sales while contributing to the overall business growth of SAN LandMark.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales of residential plots while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, brokers, channel partners, corporate clients, digital marketing campaigns and portals.
Identify prospective customers, conduct client meetings, project presentations, property demonstrations and site visits to convert leads into successful sales.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and increase market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders to expand the business network.
