Hiresquad Resources is looking for a dynamic Process Trainer for an International Voice process. If you have a passion for developing talent, strong presentation skills, and the ability to drive agent performance in a classroom setting, you'll be a key player in shaping the success of our client's teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Training Delivery & Coaching: Provide day-to-day functional direction to agents within the program training classroom environment. This includes monitoring student progress, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and making readiness recommendations for the duration of training.
- Effective Facilitation: Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods.



You'll use a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom setting to prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
- Performance & Transition: You'll be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics. Support and partner with Operations to seamlessly transition agents from training to the production setting, ensuring competency levels meet business standards.
