Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to international customers over the phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
- Guide users through problem-solving steps and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified and efficient service.

What We're Looking For
- Education: 10+2 qualification, or any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of documented technical support experience.
- Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
