Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to international customers via voice for laptop and desktop-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems , guiding users through effective solutions.
- Assist with system configurations, connectivity issues, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For
- Education:
- Undergraduates & Graduates are both eligible.
- Freshers: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc.CS,



BE (results awaited also eligible) OR Graduates who have appeared for their final year exams are eligible.
- Experienced Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, or 1 year in a non-BPO role.
- Communication: Excellent English Communication is mandatory.
- Availability: Willingness to work in evening and night shifts with 2 split week offs.
