If you have a minimum of 12 months of experience with cloud technologies, excellent English communication skills, and are ready for an immediate start in a US Voice process, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.
Qualifications
- Cloud Experience: Minimum of 12 months of mandatory cloud experience , with a preference for experience in Intune, Azure, O365, or AWS .
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Certification Requirements: You must have at least two certifications or be prepared to complete two certifications during the training period . Relevant certifications include:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Azure
- Dynamics 365
- MCSE/MCITP
- ITIL

Skills
- Communication: Excellent English Communication is mandatory for this US Voice process.
- Problem-Solving:



Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for cloud-related issues.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
- Technical Aptitude: A solid passion for technology and continuous learning in the cloud domain.

Role & Responsibilities (Implied from the role)
- Provide technical support to US-based customers for cloud-related issues via voice.
- Diagnose and resolve problems pertaining to cloud platforms like Azure, O365, Intune, or AWS.
- Guide users through solutions and best practices for cloud services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
