Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
- Analyze test results and provide insights for product improvement.





Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) and frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test script development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
