What do you do here at TouchBistro? How has your role/department evolved over the years?

As part of the Implementation Project Specialist (VAS) team, I’m responsible for setting up and training our customers on their various VAS services, including Loyalty, Marketing, Gift Cards, Online Ordering, Reservations, and more to come. I initially started on the Menu team, then moved to the POS onboarding team for a few years, before finally moving to the VAS team a few months ago

Touchbistro has a knack for finding some of the kindest and smartest people in the business.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Or the weirdest food combo you love?

I’m going to try and not overthink this. The first thing that comes to mind is the Godzilla from Loaded Pierogi. It’s pierogies with shredded pork, cheese curds, garlic mayo, teriyaki sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.

As someone deeply involved in solving challenges for our customers, what motivates you the most to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results?

I mainly just try to put myself in their shoes. With VAS services, if a customer wants something set up a particular way – like a loyalty reward, for example – it’s usually because they have a vision of how they want their customers to feel when they end up using it.
