The ideal candidate has experience in B2 B outbound sales, lead generation, or management consulting, understands luxury brands and premium products, and thrives in a systematic, process-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Outbound Prospecting Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across luxury sectors including Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, Jewelry, and Premium Consumer Brands.



Execute structured outbound prospecting through email, Linked In, phone, and other channels. Develop targeted account lists and prioritize high-value prospects. Customer Discovery & Market Insights Conduct discovery conversations with Marketing, Procurement, Purchasing, and Brand teams. Understand customer challenges, sourcing requirements, and business objectives. Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support commercial strategy and improve the sales process. Sales Pipeline Management Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. Track outreach, follow-ups, and prospect stages using CRM tools.
