At ResultsCX, our Onsite Customer Service Representative - Onsite are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, working from our office located at 2411 Jefferson Rd Suite A, ATHENS, GA, 30607 , you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, current account setups and more This position goes beyond the script, giving you a key role in helping our communities.

“One of our agents received a call from a homeowner who was clearly anxious — she had just opened a ‘final notice’ mailer warning her that her home warranty had expired. The company name wasn’t familiar, and with so many scams these days, she didn’t know who to trust. She just wanted to be sure she was protected.
